SHOCKING News ! Argentina announced they will never play international football !

After the heartbreak of losing back-to-back Copa America Finals, on penalties and to Chile, Argentina’s woes went from bad to worse, with news of Lionel Messi’s retirement from the international stage at just 29.

Following the Barcelona man’s decision to call it a day for his country, fellow team-mates Javier Mascherano, Sergio Aguero Lucas Biglia, Ever Banega, Ezequiel Lavezzi and Angel Di María are all following in Messi’s footsteps and focusing on their club careers.

“Christ, mate; I mean, we couldn’t win jack shit with the world’s best player! Therefore, there ain’t no way I’m turning up to play for this shower of shite without Lionel.”

Sergio Aguero

With so many influential members leaving, the Argentinian FA have opted to call time on the international team all together.

“We are currently looking at the possibility of entering a 5-a-side team into various tournaments, but 11-a-side is over for us. No more.

“The decision has been hard to make. But the thought of having to play Franco Di Santo as our main striker and look towards him as our talisman wasn’t something we wanted to experience. Therefore, we’ve pulled the plug on our international team and will no longer compete.”

Luis Segura

How to make a YouTube video VIRAL!

Well, already made few funny videos for our channel 40 Pe Pass , which sounded funny to me and my friends who made it with me. Rest were neutral. We lacked in quality of pictography, acting skills but we tried. It’s important to try hard and do not stop chasing until you reach the perfection. There are many Youtubers who start but stop very soon when they realise they are not able to make big out of it. So for them, the key is to stick! stick on what you are doing unless and until you start getting recognition. SO here are 5 awesome methods to make your YouTube video viral which will blow your mind :-

1. You see what I did there in bolds? This is how media publishing websites like ScoopWhoop or MensXP write their post titles.

Screen Shot 2016-06-26 at 4.15.42 PM

Make such websites share your video in a post. These websites sometimes maybe lame but they have a crazy fan following. A good relationship with websites will do good for you and your channel. Provided the video quality is good and seriously funny, this will make them share your work and KABOOM!

P.S – Link to the above post CLICK HERE!

2. Target audience :

Ensure that your video is targeted to a specific audience, say students. Your target audience must be vella enough to watch your video. It should have few points which will touch them, touch the student life of an engineer when you talk about points such as “Bandhi nahi mil rahi”. These people will share your video, force their friends to watch this videos and in no time you will be a sensation in their friend circle or hostel or maybe university. DREAM BIG!

Screen Shot 2016-06-26 at 4.13.18 PM

When you make an awesome video then it should be given a chance with bigger audience range. Make a post about it, share the YouTube link on Facebook, twitter and throw in some Gandhis on Zuckerberg. He will take care of the rest. Make sure you target your audience correctly. Yo don’t want your video in hindi language to be promoted in a country like Uganda.

4. Why stick with YouTube? upload on FB too.

and probably other social medias, video channels too. YouTube is cool but my personal experience says if an FB uploaded video and a YouTube video both promoted on Facebook, then the FB will bring you more views on cheap rate than they will bring on Youtube link. This is because even fb has to keep their video posts alive and good. So with a cheap rate they will promote you.

5. Collaborations :

this is something I read about on YouTube academy’s page. I think, You don’t have competitors when you are on YouTube (unless he stole your girl or owes you Rs. 10 for vada pav). There is no hard and fast rules on YouTube like :- Anurag Kashyap or Rohit Shetty. People on YouTube love multiple channels at the same time. this is how it should be. We make a video of hardly 5-10 minutes. What will the viewer do after that? Either he will wait for your next video or he will start watching other videos by other channels too. So in short all youtube channels scratch each others back. Get in contact with them, make a perfect script and shoot a collaborative video with them. This will enlighten their and yours followers. It will expand the viewers for both the channels and at the end everyone is happy. Pikapost’s YouTube channel even managed to be invited at aYouTube Studio, Mumbai Party, such events help you collaborate with new people with similar minds!

Addiction is usually known as bad habits. But another type of addiction is like Shivaji Maharaja addicted with good governance, Swami Vivekananda addicted to the knowledge, Mahatma Gandhi got addicted freedom for India, Dr. Ambedakar addicted with backward class safety and Newton addicted to the research etc. But now a day Indian youths addicted to the various things like Drinking, Smoking and Drugs etc.

India is second most populous country in the world with over 1.3 billion people. India has more than 65% of its population below the age of 35. Average age of Indian is 30 years where as china is 37 years. So we can call India is the youngest country in the world. Then what is the reason behind India is lacking in world growth? And straight forward reason is that addiction of Indian youths.

Various data and WHO report saying that more than 35% youths start drinking alcohol and smoking from the age of 19 years. This percentage increased in the urban area. It’s very dangerous because youths are backbone of India’s development. I personally observed that how students get habituate with such things, especially college students. They demanded money from guardians taking the issue of college expenditure, guardians easily endorse for sake of students. They expend this money on temporary voluptuary life. For this responsible points are indulge, concomitance and neglecting etc. We must be keeping this point under the control if you want bright future for this country as well as themselves.

Important thing is that “A Thousand people stop smoking every day, by dying

Smoking is a common way to cope up stress but do we need such mechanisms?

Drugs are another violence type of addiction, especially this is observed in Punjab state as measure problem of youth’s development. Government saying that they have control on drugs but in reality there is nothing. Drugs directly affect the mind. It can be distort user perception, Therefore every youth must be aware from drugs effect.

The new era introduced some special type of addictions like Whats app, Facebook and Twitter etc. we are going to mute real conversations and getting happy with virtual communication. It is unacceptable fact. I want to request please be in control for social media. Another most famous addiction is selfimenia for momentary joy. Many youths have lost their life for few comments and like on the selfie. Girls are leading to such addictions.

Addiction of selfies is way too dangerous to life. It has thrills but it definitely kills!

India is socially active country. If in a family young person is drinking then society never gives respect to that family. They lost self-respect as well. About the drinking are several superstitions like we will get good health, we can keep disease away and feel stress free etc. but no any scientific evidence can prove it. So we must be think over it and aware from meaningless canard about addiction. Another argument is that, in the foreign country no such rules and regulations. No it’s wrong because U.S prohibited alcohol for youths. Although the minimum legal age to purchase alcohol is 21. But in India political leaders boosted to such things, we observed during elections. Now youths have responsibility to change this nation into developed country.

“We can do it, but we must be aware from bad addictions”

Udta Punjab, moreover Udta INDIA?

If we really interested to make our country hegemonic then control to addiction plays vital role. Elsewhere we will remains on pages only. And control to such things is not only role of government but also pleasure of all Indian youths.

10 Reasons Why I Love Photography

Does love needs a reason? Of course it does. This question has made me think deeply about all those years since the very beginning I started learning photography until now. People have different reasons for loving photography and each one is personal. For me, I love to hear about people’s stories, capturing beautiful emotions, breathtaking natural scenes around me. I love photography because with only one picture we can show something that would take a thousand words to explain. 10 Things Only a Hostellite Student would Understand

I lived in a hostel for six years. My experience, well there’s no phase in life like hostel life. I ate shitty food, learnt to make friends, money management, being able to sleep peacefully in a pool of bedbugs (literally a pool), to laugh at the stupidest things, and above all ultimate level of jugaad. In short, Hostel taught me the meaning of life.

Hostel life is an experience of its own. The endless laughter, the midnight snacking, the perpetual gossip, the examination pressure, the mindless singing, the 12 o’ clock birthday bash.. Oh! I could go on and on and on..! It was a golden period in my life. It was the end of an era.

1. Attendance

The first day of class – every seat is taken. First day of the second week – half the seats are empty. Fourth week of term and it’s time for the first assignment – you wish those weak deserters had taken you down with them… Meanwhile attending the lectures will teach you that it is completely possible to sleep with your eyes open. No matter how boring and useless the lectures are, university needs 75% attendance else you have to make yourself acquaint with the terms like “defaulter” or “Detention”.

2. The importance of internet

The most common question that is asked in your hostel is, “Yaar, net chal raha hai kya?” You learn that life without internet is equal to NULL. And the internet teaches you the importance of torrent websites more than anything in this world.

3. Time Management and Teleportation

You eventually master the art of getting up at 8.25 AM and magically appearing in the classroom by 8.30 AM that too with completing your breakfast. It also teaches you that finishing up 6 units in one night before the exam is possible and it is also possible to sleep for more than 16 hours a day.

4. The mess food

Hostel mess was formulated by all the mothers in this world to teach their kids a lesson that how great ‘Maa ke haath ka khana’ (Food cooked by mother) is. Initially, you’ll criticize the mess food. But eventually with time you will realize that there’s no other way. You’ll learn to respect the food cooked at home.

5. Maggie to the rescue

Maggie is the only thing that will never ditch you and will help you survive throughout your stay at hostel for years. You learn that Maggie doesn’t only comprise with noodels, tastemaker and water but several other accompaniments like eggs too.

6. Movies and TV Series And Games

You have a hard disk full of movies that you collected from all your friends’ hard disks. You end up finishing the 23 episodes on season of a particular TV series in a day And if by chance you start watching Series like F.R.I.E.N.D.S. then you finish 10 seasons within a week missing out the whole week of your college. You realize that you can go days without food once you start playing games over LAN

7. Home Made Snacks

engineeringmemes3 Desktop4

Your room mates and block mates give you a grand welcome whenever you return from home, but it’s not for you. It’s for the awesome ‘Home-made-snacks’ that you brought with you.

8. Group Study

There’s always one guy in hostel who care for a bunch of last minute preaparators and gathers them to teach the whole syllabus before exam. But you realize that “The Group Study is a Myth.”

9. Adjustment

Adjustment is the best lesson you learn at hostel. After staying at hostel, you can adjust with any type of people irrespective of any factors such as age, their mentality, etc. You gain the art of making yourself comfortable with anyone and everyone around you.

10. Being Independent

From washing your clothes to your mobile recharge, from buying your trousers to paying college fees, you will have to do everything for yourself. No one will do it for you. You start realizing your extent of dependency on your parents.

The most important thing, hostel life has taught me is how to enjoy in hell. While leaving hostel, You are not going to be the same person you were when you joined hostel, and you will love it.

Reasons Why we call ‘PUNE’ as the Youth City of India !

India is known for its youth and culture. While the old generation passes along the culture, the younger generation keeps it alive. And the well preserved culture of Pune is a very good example why it is called the Cultural capital of Maharashtra. If you ask today’s youth, what they want from a city life, these points would probably be in everyone’s list- decent infrastructure, awesome nightlife, less traffic, job opportunities, favorable climate and a proper education structure. Pune is one of those cities that has it all. From traditions and festivals to the roots of the true Marathas, Pune has managed to preserve the culture in a very authentic way. Not just the cultural capital, Pune has also been an education hub and one of the fastest growing cities in India. 10 Things to do When You’re Feeling Down

Most times you just feel oddly out of touch with everything and everyone, it might be what someone did or say wrong, but it let’s you feel downbeat. When you look at your own situation, be very aware of the simple fact that you are seeing it through your perspective. And that perspective is only one of a great many that exist

There are lots of ways to pick yourself back up, but you wouldn’t be worse for it by following the ways mentioned here.

1. Cry, Laugh or Hug Someone

Cry. It’s incredibly relieving. Like I let the sadness and s*** pour out of my eyes to be wiped away with a tissue and thrown in the trash. Then repeat the cycle again if I feel down whenever. Taking a nap helps right after too. People underestimate the value of releasing one’s sorrow. Watch a funny movie or spend time with someone who has a good sense of humor. Laughing releases tension and has a natural ability to heal. Hugs are such an easy way to express love and care without having to say a word.

2. Stand tall, shoulders back

Be sure you put your feet in the right place, then stand firm. Love yourself, whatever makes you different, and use it to make you stand out. You are a piece of the puzzle of someone else’s life. You may never know where you fit, but others will fill the holes in their lives with pieces of you. So stand tall.

3. Compliment someone

Giving a genuine compliment is an amazing positivity boost! But compliments are not only good for the recipients they’re good for the people who give them as well. When you go out of your way to say something nice and give thoughtful praise to another person, it amplifies your self-confidence and nourishes your self-esteem. The act of giving compliments creates a virtuous circle. Telling someone that they have made a positive impact on your life, or that you admired the way they handled a situation, is a powerful gift. You reinforce their value in the world, while strengthening your relationship.

4. Help someone in small or big way

When you give, you are likely to get back. When you help others, you help yourself. Doing good things for others boosts your self-respect and makes you feel the satisfaction that comes from giving. Help someone else and expect nothing in return and see how it impacts your life with the fulfillment it brings. And something interesting will happen, you’ll end up seeing benefits in your personal and professional life anyway. Here are four ways helping will change your life.

5. Listen to music

One of the most important reasons why people listen to music is because it relieves stress. A 2011 study published in Nature Neuroscience found that classical music can trigger the brain to release dopamine, which improves mood and can make you feel happier. Why do you think that people sometimes listen to music at the gym, especially rock or rap? It motivates them! When you listen to angry music, it gets your blood pumping, you get even more motivated to work out, and you perform better in your workout than you would without music.

6. Write yourself a letter.

This is an incredible exercise to do no matter how old you are. Writing a letter to yourself gives you insight and teaches you valuable life lessons that will stick with you long afterwards. Think of it as a time capsule. Give yourself advice stating what have you done wrong? What is your biggest regret? What makes you happy, what you want to achieve in life? Etc.

7. Plan your day

Plans are important in the long run. Working from a daily plan not only gives you the confidence to know which tasks are the highest priority, but also creates a measurable list to gauge your productivity throughout the day. Doing this each evening will help you sleep better knowing you have a plan in place. If you wake up in the morning and find that things have changed, your priorities are clear and it will be easier to adjust your schedule. If something is more important, just be flexible and revise your plan.

8. Do what your brain tells you can’t or shouldn’t

It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you’re not. Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right. If you hear a voice within you say “you cannot paint,” then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced.

9. Pray focusing on gratitude

One of the best things for your emotional health is to practice gratitude regularly. It reduces stress and helps you realize what you have.

10. Breathe

There are all kinds of deep breathing exercises out there. Find one you like and do it whenever you’re feeling stressed or overly emotional.

Just pick a goal, a goal you truly want to achieve, and take a clear-eyed look at your weaknesses, not so you’ll feel less confident, but so you can determine exactly what you need to work on. Then get to work. Celebrate small successes. Analyze your weaknesses. Keep going. As you gain skill, you’ll also gain a feeling of genuine confidence, one that can never be taken away, because you’ve earned it.

7 Questions Science Still Can’t Answer

1. Does God Exist?

Science estimates that 13.7 billion years ago the big bang created the universe. However science has never revealed why the big bang happened and what preceded it. Moreover, scientists are still perplexed about how the first living organisms grew from life less matter. Mathematician Roger Penrose calculated that the probability of creating universe filled with life would be a number closer to zero than anyone has ever imagined. The question therefore remains whether there is an omnipotent individual that, against all odds, had the power to create our cosmos.

2. How are memories stored and retrieved?

When a new fact is learned, physical changes in the brain occur across a network of synapses and neurons. However, neurologists do not fully understand what these changes are and how they hold knowledge. Although some theories exist about how memories are stored, the concept that has left neurologists most baffled is memory retrieval. Scientists hope to understand how in just tiny fraction of a second we can recollect events from decades in the past. Although the subject has been heavily researched, it still remains unresolved.

3. Why do we dream?

Early civilization believed that dreams were a gateway between earth and the gods. This was later scientifically rejected, along with Freud’s theory that dreams express our subconscious desires. Its widely agreed that dreams are crucial to help process emotions and sleep research has revealed the existence of rapid eye movement dreams and the point at which we are most likely to remember a dream. However a scientific explanation as to why we envisage strange images when we sleep remains in question.

4. What is the universe made of?

Atoms, which form everything we see around us, account for 5% of the universe, but astronomers cant explain what the other 95% of the universe is made of. In the past 80 years, astronomers have determined that majority of the universe is made up of two entities, dark matter and dark energy. Dark matter is believed to bind the galaxies together while dark energy is believed to be pushing the universe’s expansion. But as dark matter and dark energy are invisible to light and electromagnetic radiation, it is impossible to detect or understand what they actually are.

5. What happens after we die?

Walk into the light

Scientists have proven two stages of death. Clinical death, when heart stops beating and biological death, when all other organs shut down. However what happens after death remains elusive to researchers. Some people who have had near death experiences claim to have felt out of body sensation and seen deceased loved ones. Despite extensive research into the subject, no concrete neurological or biological explanations behind these phenomena have ever been found.

6. What’s at a bottom of a black whole?

Black holes have a gravitational pull that is so strong that everything caught in them becomes permanently trapped. While astronomers hold extensive knowledge of black holes, they have been unable to understand what lies at bottom of them. Einstein theorized that black holes continue to cave in, until they become infinitely small and some physicists believe that they act as porthole to other universe. Unfortunately, we currently don’t have the tools or technology advanced enough to prove any of these theories, so truth remains mystery.

7. Do ghosts exist?

The presence of ghosts haunting the planet has been debated for centuries. Thousands of photos, videos, and first hand sightings of ghosts have been accumulated, but no scientific proof has been found. Both ghost hunters and scientists have used electromagnetic field detectors and thermal imaging to try and find scientific evidence of their existence but to no avail. Most scientists believe these sightings are caused purely by mental phenomena, electrical fields and ocular vibrations. However, these theories can neither be proven nor be disproven, leaving the existence of ghosts in question.

Life’s Best 3 Teachers

It’s hard to figure out what is the meaning of life. What is it that you want to accomplish in life? As you keep growing, your goals keep evolving. You must have read the quote “Life is more strict than a teacher, A teacher teaches a lesson and takes an exam. But life takes an exam and then teaches a lesson.”

Life is the best teacher, just as it is. It is the toughest teacher. It won’t tolerate slothfulness for long. It’s always throwing some difficult problem your way and then seeing what you will do with it. Life awakens the joy in creative expression and knowledge. The ultimate lesson all of us have to learn is unconditional love, which includes not only others but ourselves as well. No matter what happens, life goes on and we have to go along with it to survive, No matter how many times you fail, you have to pick yourself up and Move on.

1.Heart Breaks

quotes about heartbreak and moving on (7)

In the series How I met your Mother season 8 episode 13, Ted Mosby says that “At that point in my life. I’ve been hurt quite a few times already. But when I saw that text message and found out that Robin was engaged, it was like times a million.” So that’s how precisely it feels to be heart broken.

It is all the pain you had experienced in life time, but the pain will subside one day. It may take a few hours, a few days, a few months, a few years or a few decades. It varies person to person and situation to situation. Heart breaks teaches you the importance of having friends and family by your side. You learn that nobody in this world is perfect, not even you. You eventually learn that no matter how messy it becomes, it’s going to be okay. You start loving yourself again. Break ups bring out the best in you which help you dedicate more time to your hobbies like writing, singing, etc. Heart breaks teach you two ultimate truths about life, one, how vast your longing for love is and how impossible it is to make love safe. Because in the end only 3 things matter, how much you loved, how gently you lived and how gracefully you let go of the things that are not meant for you.

2. Empty Pockets

Empty pocket teaches you a Million things in Life, But full pocket spoils you in a Million ways. It help you realize that the struggle in life is real. Empty pockets help you find the ways through few of the toughest situations in life. Life’s going to be unfair sometimes, but you have to stop complaining and start living with whatever you have got. It helps you realize who you are and what defines you. It helps you realize who are the people that truly love you and not your resources. It helps you realize the importance of money and other things in life. If ever life brings you in such kind of situations, don’t worry, take a deep breath, wander like a boss, eat at bhandara, teach poor kids, play with them, enjoy the prayers in temple and read in public library, watch free street performances and volunteer for a good cause.

3. Failures

Failure-Quotes-4The only secret to success is, you have to fail, and you have to fail often, so that you can learn from every single mistake you have made along the way. You ultimately learn that failure is overrated. Here’s the truth, no one actually knows what we’re doing, even Fortune 500 CEO’s and successful entrepreneurs. We’re all just winging it. The difference is that experienced people have learned to mitigate mistakes better than others. Failure gives you strength to face the situations once for and all and not run away from it. Failure teaches us to smile- Not everything is lost when we fail. Its a big world out there. It gives more depth to our understanding of life. One thing you’ll realize is that the marks, results, exams; they don’t define you who you are. It is who you are that defines it.

Cherish where you’ve been.
Preserve what you have.
Embrace who you’ll be.

Failure is part of the process, so don’t be afraid to get lost once in a while.
Sometimes you have to lose yourself to find yourself.

Its that results time of the year. So here’s something for everyone.

Do not let an exam or its result make you feel that your future is doomed. There are all kinds of opportunities out there, to study, to work, to do things you like, to do things that help you grow. Eventually in life, nobody looks back and asks you how many marks you scored in your exams, because it simply doesn’t matter! It is only till the end of school and college life that these marks make some difference to your life, beyond that who you are and who you are capable of becoming defines your life.

Many of the world’s great people are mediocre performers, failures and even school dropouts. What happens till the end of school and college life is one small part of life, what happens after that is when real life really begins. Don’t let exam results define your life, because trust me it doesn’t.

Don’t lose heart if you’ve got a bad result, don’t feel bad if you haven’t performed as well as you wished to, don’t think your future’s over because of some exam result, everything can be fine, everything will be fine, you will end up doing things you could have never imagined. Just trust the people wiser and elder than you, and know that if they can make it in life without marks being on their side, then you can too do the same.

Style to express your inner beauty !

What do you think about when you hear someone use the word “Fashion”? I’m not any fashion expert but in general sense, fashion refers to the styles of dress that are currently popular. And also it goes beyond your dressing sense, though. It can extend to shoes, jewellery, watches, glasses, and other fashion accessories. also even how you style your hair.

whenever the term style is used, people commonly refers to one’s fashion or outer appearance. But I believe that style is much more than your funky t-shirt, ripped jeans, shoulder length haircut or your expensive watches. It is the combination of the way you dress, talk, walk, behave, or do anything for that matter.

In simple words, style is how we express our inner being outwardly. This includes all of our thoughts, emotion, interest, respect, and values. Your style is a huge mode of communication, and is worth caring for as much as your education, career, and relationships because your style (everything on the outside of your body) is merely a reflection of what’s on the inside. I make an effort to try something completely out of my comfort zone whenever I’m at a store and many times it ends up loving something you never thought you would. If you make mistakes, life goes on. So many people are afraid to express themselves through their style, don’t be one of them.

Fashion changes over time as the fact that people changes and the new replaces the old. We are influenced greatly by popular culture, including athletes, movie stars, politicians, royalty, as well as popular films, television shows, books and music. The stars of popular culture don’t remain stars by doing the same things over and over again. Instead, they’re always searching for a new angle to maintain their popularity.

When we see these new styles, we often want to imitate our favourite stars. we know that the best way to start learning something is to imitate those who are masters. For example, my favourite style icon is ‘Salman Khan’. Likewise take your favourite celebrities and start by trying small aspects of their image for yourself. Or you can even try to recreate their entire look if you like everything about it .Just remember that what may work for someone else may not work for you. Sometimes it depends on your body type, skin tone, face shape, and also other aspects. Sometimes personality plays a huge part. But you’ll never know unless you try… The more you model yourself, the more you’ll develop, re-invent, and continuously evolve your own sense of style.

For years, clothes have been used to separate people into groups. Even today, brand-name clothing that is more expensive than other types of clothing can be used by some people to distinguish themselves from others.Unfortunately, fashion can cause disagreements with people. It’s important to always remember to not judge based on fashion.

Just for my opinion fashion is over rated. Fashion can be important for some people and others don’t care about what they wear everyday. And that should not be judged by anyone. it’s what you think looks best on you and if they don’t like it it’s fine. if you like it ,you like it. It’s your choice not theirs.

But also try to protect your personal image above everything else, because once it’s tainted, it is really hard to change people’s view of who you are. People will believe anything about you at first, and then they will keep their eye on you to see if you are for real. Then whatever information is consistent as per their level of perception for you will get added to their current image of yours.

Don’t get me wrong, this doesn’t mean to lie or focus so much on managing other’s perception for you from the outside-in but make sure your positive enter in the minds of others.

Stay true to yourself and let your personality, not your clothes speak for who you are!
